Plumber/Pipefitter/Welder
Must follow the latest plumbing codes and regulations on each job. Read blue prints, plans and details. Drive skid steer and/or skid loader. Use scissor lifts and aerial platform lifts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Plumbing
Coordinate, install, troubleshoot, repair, replace, inspect and maintain all plumbing and pipefitting services including but not limited to: Meters, gages, general‐duty valves, hangers, supports, identification, plumbing insulation, domestic water piping and specialties, domestic water pumps, sanitary waste and vent piping and specialties, sanitary sewerage pumps, storm drainage piping and specialties, sump pumps, water softeners, fuel‐fired domestic water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and more.
Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning
Coordinate, install, troubleshoot, repair, replace, inspect and maintain all HVAC services including but not limited to: Meters, gages, general‐duty valves, hangers, supports, identification, natural‐gas piping, hydronic piping, hydronic pumps, breechings/chimneys/ stacks, condensing boilers, rotary‐screw water chillers, heating terminal units, and more.
